Weekly Challenge
The Humble Prayer Journal: For seven days, after each of the five prayers, write a brief note (1‑2 sentences) describing how you felt humility during that prayer and any distractions you noticed. At the end of the week, review your notes, identify the prayer where humility was strongest, and plan one concrete action to deepen humility for that prayer (e.g., longer reflection, focusing on the meaning of each verse).
Surah 23, Ayah 2
At the start of your next prayer, pause for 30 seconds, close your eyes, breathe, and silently repeat the intention, feeling humility seep into your posture and words. Surah 23, Ayah 2
Write a brief pledge: "I will nurture my faith so that I may be a true inheritor of Paradise." Then choose one small action—recite a verse, give a charity, or teach a child— and perform it immediately. Surah 23, Ayah 10
