Weekly Challenge
Angelic Reflection Journal: For 7 days, each morning after Fajr, do the following: 1) Recite a short dua thanking the angels for delivering the Qur’an. 2) Choose a verse you read that day and write a 1‑sentence reflection on how its angelic transmission shapes your understanding. 3) Note any change in your reverence or humility. At the end of the week, write a brief summary of how this practice affected your engagement with the Qur’an and any new intentions.
Surah 80, Ayah 15
Find a quiet space, hold a small piece of paper, write the name of the angel known for delivering the Qur'an (Jibril), say "Ya Jibril, thank you for carrying the word of Allah," and then recite any verse. Surah 80, Ayah 15
Sit comfortably, close your eyes, take three slow breaths, repeat the verse silently, and notice the humility that surfaces. In the next 60 seconds, write down one way you might have treated this meal as a right rather than a blessing. Surah 80, Ayah 17
